How long will it take for me to receive my package?
The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive is primarily based on your geographical location. Please know that we make every effort for your shipment to arrive in a timely manner by fulfilling your shipment within 24 hours of your order.
Free shipping will be applied for domestic purchases of $100 or more, excluding taxes.
If I am located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), can I pick up my order in person?
Confetti and Bows is operated out of a small space in Thornhill, Ontario and if you are located in the nearby, you are welcome to come and pick up your order to save on shipping costs. To do so, choose the "Pick Up" option and leave a note with your email address so that you may contact us to arrange a time for pick up. Alternatively, you may send us an email once your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

How much Taxes and Duties will I have to pay?
All prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to check out, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise as well as shipping charges. This information will be displayed on your Order Summary page.
Please note that Confetti and Bows will not be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred for international shipments.
How do I Return or Exchange an item?
We, at Confetti and Bows, hope you are excited and pleased with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs.
We may refund the cost of the item purchased within the next 10 days after purchase, or exchange it for a different item of your choice within 15 days of receiving the purchased item.
When returning your package, please ensure the following guidelines are followed:
- Return items must be in its original condition.
- All returns should be mailed in the original packing materials.
Please note that we do not accept exchange or give returns to sale items.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for shipping back to Confetti and Bows. When shipping returns, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels.
